RecalledToIRC is BACK!
Ok, the RecalledToIRC server was down for a while, due to networking issues. I was unable to get services to link to the ircd, and I was unable to get my personal EfreakBNC account to connect to it or the public bitlbee server I run either. I quickly narrowed the issue down to the fact that localhost wasn’t working. So I tried connecting to the external IP address instead of the loopback...
